Since a child, KT can remember how the sultry smell of sweet smoke from BBQ pits radiated through the streets of the Westside. With family and friends coming together and celebrating events with a “cookout”, bar-be-que has always been the thing to do.
KT, known for having one of the biggest hearts in the entire city, has always desired to give back to his community in a major way. It’s no secret that he enjoys making kids and senior citizens smile the most. As a prominent businessman, he wanted to ensure that whatever business he brought to his community was one that was beneficial for all involved.
Since forever KT have always dreamed of opening up his very own BBQ restaurant, but time just wasn’t on his hands. He wanted to create something that could be pass down from generation to generation for himself and his family. In 2019 KT finally decided that the time was now. That’s when The Pig, Da Cow, and Da Chicken was birthed. The idea of creating a healthy and affordable food brand that would nourish his community, use quality food, provide stable jobs, and bring back childhood memories. After the unfortunate onset of the pandemic in 2020, KT had the opportunity to sit and reflect on how to bring his dream to a reality. He began to put in the work and after months of complete tunnel vision and dedication along with the help of his team the #1 BBQ restaurant is ready for a lifetime of success!
